A good hotel for city tours. The Ciudad des Artes is very close and for transportation the Metro-Station is near. The hotel has a very good standard. The breakfast has everything you need and is excellent. Special wishes (i.e. the location of the room) will be fulfilled.

Wonderful

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and I had a really good sleep. Great view from the window! The breakfast was delicious and with many options. The location was nice, right next to the city of arts and science.

Overall, the accommodation was fine, if you are not very pretentious, clean, well located.

The breakfast was good, but I would say insufficiently diversified in the sense that a person who wants to eat fresh vegetable products has nothing to eat. The "fresh corner" area left a lot to be desired, some not-so-fresh salad leaves, some onions, olives and pickled cucumbers. On the other hand, on the pastry side, there were many different and tasty products. The location was fine, close to the public transport.

The breakfast should be more diversified for visitors who prefer to eat raw/ fresh/vegan. A rather small pool, improperly called the pool. Sauna very small, mixed (for women and men), very often there were no towels available and no water in the pool and sauna area. The room for check-in was not ready at the mentioned time-15.00, I had to wait 1 hour more in the lobby.

Child friendly and excellent location for the nearby attractions. Good breakfast!

Checking in and payment was confusing. Ended up paying nearly 40 pounds extra due to unclear exchange rates.

Great hotel, location and city!

Great location. Staff friendly. Small, but good gym and indoor pool. Quiet room with excellent blackout curtains. We had a superior room and had a mini bar, tea/coffee making facilities, bathrobes and slippers and complimentary water. Wi-Fi connection and speed were good. Plenty of choice at breakfast. We would have preferred a larger fruit and cereal selection but that is just our taste and these things were provided but basic. If you want l to get to the city centre then it’s a good 20-30 mins walk but the route is fabulous and you can meander through the ‘river bed’ and look at all the different things going on.

There was nothing to dislike about the hotel. The bath room could have been slightly more modern but it was exceptionally clean and functional and that would certainly not stop us from returning or recommending this hotel.

A great hotel for a visit to Valencia

The hotel is well placed for all you want in Valencia. The room was clean and airy. The breakfast was the best we have ever had in any hotel we stayed in. Absolutely wonderful value for the money.

Great location Good breakfast variety.

Did not enjoyed my room next to elevator and cleaning service, was very loud. Premium internet (cost 9.9 euro per day) was just as slow as free internet - took several minutes to open up an Wxcel file - do not recommend buying this service. Check in & out is painfully slow.

I expected nothing, got a little.

I didn't like anything in particular about my stay, it was ok. it's the first time I can't pinpoint anything exactly, however if I have to say something it is that all the staff were helpful and friendly. The first days the scrambled eggs during breakfast looked like they already had been eaten before, but the second half of my stay they were ok.

for starters the parking garage is not made for any decent car - SUV or larger sedan alike. it's also not cheap at all, at almost 19 euro per day. there's better options in the vicinity. The rooms feel outdated and the shower had stains in it. there was a piece of floor missing on the left side of the bed. my room in particular felt small, it was hard to get around the bed. The bar downstairs was boring to say the least and the terrace on the first floor was either empty most of the time or locked. The hotel has a lot of corporate events going, the first night even the restaurant was closed due to a private event.
